What does it cost?
A flat monthly rate per person, quoted after the assessment. We don't publish a number because a 12-person office with three locations and a 12-person office in one suite aren't the same job, and a made-up price on a website helps nobody. What we will promise: the number doesn't move when you call us more.
We already have someone who handles our IT.
Plenty of our clients did. Sometimes we take over entirely, sometimes we handle security and monitoring while your person keeps doing what they're good at. The assessment tells you which gaps exist today — that's useful information regardless of who fixes them.
Are we too small for this?
If you have five or more people on computers, and losing a day of work would hurt, you're the size we're built for. Attacks on small businesses aren't targeted — they're automated, and being small is not cover.
How fast do you answer?
Same business day for anything that's slowing someone down, immediately for anything that's stopped work entirely. You'll get a direct line, not a ticket queue you shout into.
What happens if we want to leave?
